Schutt F7 LX1 Youth Helmet

The Schutt Sports F7 LX1 Youth Football Helmet is equipped with a Carnbon Steel Guard and Black soft-cup chinstrap as standard. This helmet uses TPU (thermoplastic urethane) Cushioning, which is the most advanced impact absorption system in football. TPU Cushioning has been proven to absorb more impact across a wider range of temperatures than any other helmet on the field.

The helmet also features 3-Dimensional Movement Tektonic Plates that are strategically placed in the areas that are most likely to be impacted. These plates incorporate an additional TPU Cushion and can move independently of the helmet in multiple directions, improving its ability to handle rotational forces.

The Helmet Stabilization System (HSS) is another key feature, which includes a larger and more comfortable jaw pad configuration. The HSS utilizes both internal and external stabilizers made of high performance impact foam. These stabilizers are wrapped in soft, durable, and comfortable synthetic leather, providing a secure and "locked-in" feel inside the helmet.

The Multi-Layer Integrated Liner System provides a non-inflatable lateral air liner, a non-inflatable Comfort Fit Liner in the crown, and the Radial Diffusion System (RDS) liner. This system allows for independent movement of the liner, TPU Cushioning, and the head, resulting in a better fit and improved performance against rotational forces.

The Flexural Resistance Shell Design has been engineered into the back shelf and temporal side wings of the shell. This design improves the structure, strength, and durability of the shell, while also increasing the area for TPU Cushioning in high impact areas and improving impact absorption.

The helmet also includes a high performance TPU front pad, which is comfortable and features dual-layer TPU construction. It is important to note that the facemask is not included with this helmet.

To achieve an excellent, custom fit, the SureFit inflatable Air Liner is used along the back and sides of the helmet. This liner reduces weight without compromising on fit.
